1. Acceptance of Terms of Service A. As a requirement to use the services available via InvolvingDesigns.com, you and your company or any other person(s) hereby accept and agree to this agreement. These terms are effective immediately between the client, and InvolvingDesigns.com B. Client must be at least the age of 18 years old, and must give accurate information to InvolvingDesigns.com C. InvolvingDesigns.com intends to provide the best possible web design / web hosting service to each of its clients. InvolvingDesigns.com is also dedicated to staying up to date with new technologies for its clients. D. InvolvingDesigns.com also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove all or any part of these Terms of Service any time WITH NOTICE. E. Clients will always be able to read any updated version of the Terms of Service by going here, Each Client will be informed via Email, and Forum. Any changes that occur after your a Client will not affect you until it's time to subscribe again. 2. Payments - Renewal of Account - Site Updates & Domain Names A. Each plan (Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) are all yearly plans. We don't accept monthly payments B. You can pay using your Credit Card via Paypal or Amazon Payments, or Check via Mail. C. Each Client agrees to pay all applicable fees for any additional updates. Keep in mind that each plan will have MONTHLY COURTESY UPDATES for free, but if you need your website updated more frequently, we may charge a very small fee. D. As a courtesy, InvolvingDesigns.com will contact each client when it nears the time for Renewal of account. We will contact you via Email, and Forum. E. Each Client will be eligible for a FREE DOMAIN NAME, as long as they have an account with InvolvingDesigns.com 3. Cancellation of Account and Domain Names A. In the event, if a client cancels service with InvolvingDesigns.com, there will NOT be any refunds of any kind. B. In the event if a client decides not to renew subscription, we will keep and own the Free Domain Name that was provided for the client, and then try to resale it. C. If a client wishes to keep and own the domain, InvolvingDesigns.com will charge a transfer fee of $100, it will take up to 1-2 weeks for the transfer to complete. The client must pay the transfer fee within 1 month of cancellation, or non renewal of subscription. D. In the event if a client decides not to renew subscription, InvolvingDesigns.com will put the website on suspended mode. E. We can only hold the website on suspended mode for 2 months. After that, all data will be deleted. F. If a client wants InvolvingDesigns.com to transfer or to send website data to either, a. the client, or b. another webmaster, we will charge a transfer fee of 100 dollars. 4. Proprietary Rights - Security and Ownership A. InvolvingDesigns.com uses sophisticated means of security in connection with all the services we offer. We ask each client to make it an obligation to maintain and control passwords for their services. B. InvolvingDesigns.com will not be liable for any loss or damages of any kind. C. If a client suspects any breaches in security, please notify InvolvingDesigns.com immediately via Email and Forums 5. Privacy Policy A. Here at InvolvingDesigns.com, it is our commitment on behave of our clients, and required by law, to take commercially reasonable steps to ensure your right to privacy. We will not share any information a client provides us. 6. Prohibited Uses A. Spamming of any kind B. Prohibited Offerings ( illegal Drugs, Pirated Materials, Instructions on making or assembling or obtaining illegal goods or weapons to attack others C. Profanity is prohibited D. Viruses E. Hacking F. Child Pornography, InvolvingDesigns will contact authorities if caught G. Porn of any kind H. Bad Organizations (gangs)
